Processing Time
Our products are handcrafted and processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, restocks, or new product launches.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada and to select international destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and package weight.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and begin after your order has been processed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, location, weather, customs processing, or other delays outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email when available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.
Opulence by Nature is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Opulence by Nature is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Weather Conditions
Because our products are made with natural oils, butters, and other delicate ingredients, extreme heat or cold may affect their appearance or texture during transit.
Minor softening, melting, or texture changes do not affect the quality or performance of the product. Allow products to return to room temperature before use.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.
These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
