Our cold process soaps and body oils are handcrafted in small batches using natural oils, butters, and clean fragrances. Due to the artisanal nature of our products:

• Colors, textures, and designs may vary slightly.
• Products may soften or melt if exposed to high temperatures.
• Natural ingredients may change in scent or appearance over time.

These variations do not affect product quality.

2. External Use Only

All products sold by Opulence by Nature are for external use only. Customers are responsible for:

• Performing a patch test before full application.
• Discontinuing use if irritation occurs.
• Avoiding contact with eyes.
• Keeping products out of reach of children.

If you are pregnant, nursing, have allergies, or are under medical care, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Opulence by Nature is not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or misuse of products.

3. Ingredient Responsibility

We use responsibly sourced ingredients including but not limited to:

• Clean Fragrance Oils
• Jojoba Oil
• Sqaulene
• Moringa Oil
• Argon Oil

Full ingredient lists are available on product labels and product pages. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products:

• All sales are final.
• We do not accept returns on used or opened products.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your item arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photo evidence.
• We will assess and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Shipping & Liability

Opulence by Nature is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by postal carriers.
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
• Melted products due to weather conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Opulence by Nature shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. By purchasing from us, you agree that use of our products is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, product names, and images are property of Opulence by Nature and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Payment Authorization & Chargeback Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder and approve the transaction in full.

All completed and fulfilled orders are considered valid. If a chargeback is filed after an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered, Opulence by Nature will provide proof of authorization and delivery to dispute the claim.

We reserve the right to:

• Pursue recovery of funds for fraudulent disputes
• Charge an administrative fee for unwarranted chargebacks
• Restrict future purchases
