1). Are your products all natural?
Yes. Every Opulence by Nature product  our shea butter, cold process soaps, body oils, sugar scrubs, and wax melts  is made with natural, thoughtfully sourced ingredients like nourishing oils, plant butters, and botanical extracts. We believe in skincare you can feel good about using.

2).Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle and skin loving, using simple, recognizable ingredients. That said, everyone's skin is different. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a small patch test on your inner arm before full use, and checking the ingredient list for anything you know irritates your skin.

3).How long do your products last?
Because our products are handmade in small batches without harsh synthetic preservatives, they're formulated for a shorter, fresher shelf life than mass produced products generally best used within 6 months of purchase. Storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and water will help them last their full lifespan.

4).Are your products handmade?
Yes, every product is handcrafted in small batches. This lets us control quality closely and pour genuine care into each soap, scrub, oil blend, and wax melt.

5). Do you use preservatives?
We use minimal, skin safe preservatives only where necessary for product safety  for example, in water based products.Because we prioritize natural ingredients, we keep our formulations as simple as possible while still keeping you safe.

6). Can I use your body oils daily?
Absolutely. Our body oils are formulated for regular, everyday use and are meant to become part of your daily self care ritual after a shower, before bed, or anytime your skin needs a little nourishment.

7).Do your products contain fragrance?
Some products contain skin safe fragrance oils in addition to natural scents; check individual product listings for details.

8).Do you ship across Canada and internationally?

Refund Policy

At Opulence by Nature, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products except where required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Opulence by Nature is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Weather Conditions

Because our products are made with natural oils, butters, and other delicate ingredients, extreme heat or cold may affect their appearance or texture during transit.

Minor softening, melting, or texture changes do not affect the quality or performance of the product. Allow products to return to room temperature before use.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.
